Minister for MSME and NRI Affairs Kondapalli Srinivas on Sunday said that Vizianagaram will soon be one of the fastest growing cities in Andhra Pradesh with the construction of the international airport at Bhogapuram and other developmental activities taken up by the government. He said that the petrochemical project, Mulapeta port and other activities will change the face of entire north Andhra region, including Vizianagaram district.
The Minister said this while inaugurating Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) three-day property show at Lee Paradise Convention in Vizianagaram. Following the completion of the airport, the real estate sector in the district will witness an unprecedented boom as lots of families will settle in and around the city, he added.
Meanwhile, CREDAI’s State vice-president K. Subhash Chandra Bose expressed happiness over the huge demand for properties and good turnout of prospective buyers on the first day of the event. The association’s chairman V. Pardha Saradhi, president Ch. Suryanarayana Raju said that bank rebate in home loan interest rates would be a plus point for the construction and real estate sector.
The association’s treasurer G.B. Anil Kumar said that a lucky draw will be held to give away surprise gifts for the visitors on January 6 and 7.
