Ranbir Regrets Working with Sandeep Reddy Vanga?

Ranbir Kapoor was last seen in Animal, which turned out to be one of the biggest blockbusters of 2023. However, the action drama was also criticized by a section of the public for glorifying violence.

While the criticism continues, Ranbir has now opened up on the negative responses as he spoke to the media recently. The portrayal of violence being a part of different films was addressed by a journalist during the latest interaction.

Ranbir listened to the person without interfering and responded by stating that he would not disagree with anyone’s opinion. He mentioned that it is necessary to make films that can bring positive changes to the society.

The actor claimed that it is important for him to play different characters in almost all genres. He added that every person involved with any project must be responsible for the kind of films he or she is making.

Animal director Sandeep Reddy Vanga has also been slammed for defending the film on different occasions.

However, Ranbir was targeted at the same time for not speaking up against the words said by Sandeep. Despite all this, Ranbir is still a part of the sequel, Animal Park.

While Sandeep has already claimed that the follow-up would have a darker theme compared to the first part. This means that there will be more violence and it will possibly cross the border in terms of content.

It seems like the controversies and criticism will continue. However, audiences are already excited about Animal Park, which means that it is expected to take a bigger opening compared to the first film.

Notably, the makers have not confirmed a release date for the sequel considering the busy schedules of Ranbir and Sandeep.
