A section of mega fans is eagerly awaiting this pan-India project, as producer Dil Raju has pinned high hopes on it, marking his first venture into pan-India cinema. Director Shankar is also keen to resurrect his career after the embarrassing Indian 2.

However, the film has not generated the kind of buzz that was expected from the collaboration of such big names. The two songs released have not captured the audience’s attention as expected.
Yet, there is optimism that the release of the teaser during Diwali could create some hype.

Reports inside the industry suggest that Dil Raju plans to showcase Game Changer in over 50% of theaters in the Telugu states. There are also plans for benefit shows and early morning screenings, with attempts being made to increase ticket prices.

After Game Changer, it seems Balakrishna’s film directed by Bobby might secure around 25% of the available theaters. Balakrishna fans aren’t too happy with this development.
Meanwhile, if Thandel also comes during Sankranthi, it is anticipated that a substantial share of the remaining theaters will go to that film.
On the other hand, Sundeep Kishan’s Majaka is likely to get limited screens during Sankranti.
There’s also talk that Venkatesh’s film directed by Anil Ravipudi may not release during the festival.
