Russian President Vladimir Putin’s decision to arm the USA’s staunch enemy has created ripples. Putin cited the West’s weapons aid to Kyiv while talking about possible arms sales to North Korea. Putin said the Westerners supply weapons to Ukraine and say, “We don’t control anything here, and it doesn’t matter how they are used.” He added, “Well, then we can also say that we have supplied something to someone and that we don’t control anything. The treaty has spooked the U.S., which has called it “incredibly concerning.”
