Allu Arjun and Sukumar’s Pushpa 2 is headed for its theatrical debut on the 5th of December and there is a whole lot of discussion going around the pan-Indian biggie now.
Coming to the topic, there’s a new snippet going viral on social media and this is a click of the Pushpa 2 title card in an overseas cinema ticketing platform. Here, it is mentioned that Pushpa 2 comes with a runtime of 3 hours 10 minutes – 190 minutes.

While this might just be an indicative post on the possible run-time and not necessarily the final locked runtime, the chances are that Sukumar would go for elongated runtime again.
Considering that the first part itself had a runtime of 179 minutes, the sequel could quite possibly be over 180 minutes.

However, in the case of the first part, there were complaints that the closing portion got tiring. But that isn’t stopping Sukumar from going the same way again and locking in upwards of 3 hours, which is a norm for big films these days.
That being said, the world of Pushpa has been set already and the audience will be more invested in the characters regardless of the runtime, if the presentation is good enough. This is exactly what must be Sukumar’s belief behind going long again for the second part.
