Promising Mass Film Badass Ravi Kumar: No Bikini, No Cleavage?

Badass Ravi Kumar is all set to hit the screens on the upcoming Friday. Fans of Himesh Reshammiya are eager to watch him getting engaged in high voltage action scenes and shake a leg with the leading ladies on different occasions.

Meanwhile, the film was censored with a UA 16+ certificate by the CBFC on January 29, 2025. Although this was restricted to certain cuts requested by the Examining Committee, they are not going to impact the story in any manner.

The board told the makers to blur the name of the alcohol brands when they appeared on screen alongside the sequences where the middle finger is shown by a certain character. Apart from this, the close-up shots of women wearing bikini were replaced along with the cleavage and breast close-up scenes.

There is a scene where a man’s hand can be spotted moving on a woman’s thigh followed by another where the hand is moving on a buttock. Both the scenes were asked to be replaced. Furthermore, a close-up shot of a breast was told to be replaced and modified.

The word bitch has been muted in the audio and removed from the subtitles. Another modification was made to a violent shot where a man is cut with a wood cutter machine.

The film’s final runtime is revealed to be 141.44 minutes, which sums up to around 2 hours 21 minutes, and 44 seconds. Badass Ravi Kumar has been helmed by Keith Gomes and it features Prabhudheva playing the main antagonist.

Considering the cuts made by the CBFC, it seems like audiences can prepare themselves for an entertaining ride on the big screen. The dialogues and songs have already become popular on different platforms and since it has been made on a minimal budget, recovery won’t be a tough job for the makers.
