Recently, a subscriber complained that when he tried to watch a movie on Prime, one TV showed the movie was available on rent while two others showed it can be streamed for free.

The device limit is five in total and two of them can be TVs. But if the Device limit is reached, it would make other content inaccessible as well and not just one movie.

There are many such instances where the device limit policy works in a very vague way and users are finding it difficult to understand the policy. Such glitches will draw more criticism and Prime Video should try to reconsider the policy or at least make it easier to comprehend.
There is even no option for removal of more than two devices in one month. Prime Video is one of the most trusted OTT brands in India and almost all the negativity it has earned in recent times is because of this policy.
