Prasanth Varma’s First Indian Female Superhero

Director Prasanth Varma has unveiled the poster for his next project, Mahakali, which marks the third film from PVCU and highlights RKD Studios’ entry into film production. Set against the vibrant cultural backdrop of Bengal, where Goddess Kali is revered, Mahakali will be helmed by female director Puja Aparna Kolluru.

Produced by Riwaz Ramesh Duggal and presented by RK Duggal, Mahakali is being touted as the first Indian female superhero film and promises to be a large-scale production. The striking title poster showcases a tender moment between a girl and a tiger. The chaos at what seems to be a circus adds a dramatic atmosphere. The title logo includes a special element reminiscent of HanuMan, further building anticipation.
