Singham Again has been released in cinemas and early reviews have started pouring in already. But it seems like Ranveer Singh had to take the brunt of criticism much harshly because fans found his performance absolutely cringe.
Many felt that logic left the screens the moment Ranveer appeared in his over enthusiastic role. In an attempt to break the fourth wall, badly executed scenes were given to Simmba.

Ranveer in his role is seen referencing to his nude photoshoot, praising Sunny Deol’s Gadar and hinting at his new parenthood. Fans felt that all of this was unnecessary and Ranveer’s character could have been utilised for better.
When Bollywood directors make a high end film with a big budget, fans expect that they will put some thought into it. But this does not seem to be the case with Rohit Shetty.

In spite of having a star performer like Ranveer who has worked incredibly in films like Bajirao Mastani, Padmaavat, and Gully Boy; they couldn’t utilise him wisely.
Many fans said that it is an absolute waste of potential. Overall the film is being hailed for being an entertainer but many felt logic and critical value isn’t something that should be expected from it.
