Actor-writer and YSRCP leader Posani Krishna Murali is likely to be released in all probability. Posani was arrested in Hyderabad on March 3 from his home.
Following his arrest due to a string of cases, he had to go to various jails and courts. He was to be released in the second week of March. But he got a shock as CID filed a PT warrant regarding a new case.

As of now, Posani is in remand till March 23. But the Guntur Court has given bail to him in CID case, after he filed a bail petition. So, if no new cases are filed against Posani, he will be released today.
But his freedom comes with conditions. He has to pay Rs 2 lakh and present two people for guarantee. Posani is not supposed to talk about the case openly anywhere.

He is not supposed to talk to media or give any notifications in media. After releasing from Jail, he is not supposed to leave the country.
For four weeks, he has to sign at the CID office in Mangalagiri every Tuesday and Thursday between morning 10am and 12pm. Also, he has to fully cooperate in the case, the Court said.

It is known that cases were filed against Posani Krishna Murali for making offensive and objectionable comments against CM Chandrababu, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan and Minister Nara Lokesh and their families.
