Actor-writer and YSRCP member Posani Krishna Murali’s release hit another road block. Now, the CID has filed a PT warrant on him.
The CID police went from Guntur to Kurnool. The CID officials are likely to present Posani virtually before the Court.

It has to be noted that Posani got a bail in the cases filed against him. So it was believed that he might be released on bail. However, with CID issuing a fresh PT warrant, that has been stalled.
It is known that cases have been filed against Posani for using objectionable and offensive language against TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu, Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan and Nara Lokesh.

After being arrested in Gachibowli, he was taken to Rajampet sub-jail. Then he was taken to Narsaraopet police station on PT warrant. Narsaraopet police requested fror Posani’s custody and the Court granted 2-day custody on 8th and 9th of March. However, the Vijayawada Bhavanipuram police took him on PT warrant due to which the custody did not happen. Following this, they once again sought custody of Posani.
Meanwhile, Posani was granted bail by Vijayawada Court and by Kurnool Court. He also got bail from Adoni Court.

Cases have been filed by one Renu Varma, who is a Jana Sena leader and another Jana Sena leader Badita Sankar on the ex Andhra Pradesh State Film, Television and Theatre Development Corporation Limited chairman Posani.
Several cases have been filed against him for using offensive and obscene language against Babu, Pawan Kalyan and Lokesh across the state. It has to be noted that if he is getting bail in one case, he is being arrested in another case.
