You already know what time it is. Look at your backlog and weep, because it’s about to get even bigger.

Right before we head into June, Sony has officially confirmed the lineup of free games that PlayStation Plus subscribers can look forward to diving into in the coming days. For once, we didn’t get a leak revealing these games in advance, so they feel like even more of a surprise than usual. Without further ado, let’s get into it.

The games that PS Plus subscribers can look forward to in June are NBA 2K23, Jurassic World Evolution 2, and Trek to Yomi. That’s quite a variety.

NBA 2K23 might not be the most popular choice since it’s several months old now, and the lifespan of sports games tends to be painfully short, but if you’ve not already had the chance to give it a go, now’s obviously the perfect time.

Jurassic World Evolution 2 is a construction and management simulation game which allows players to basically build their own Jurassic Park alongside iconic characters from the films. Honestly, that sounds pretty fun.

Finally, Trek to Yomi is arguably the strongest of the bunch – the gorgeous side-scrolling action game tells the story of a young swordsman named Hiroki, who must “make good on his failed promise to save the people he swore to protect” (thanks, PlayStation Blog).

As for NBA 2K23, Jurassic World Evolution 2, and Trek to Yomi, you’ll be able to add those to your PS Plus library from 6 June until 3 July. Once you’ve claimed them, you’ll be able to download and play them at any time, so long as you have an active PS Plus subscription.
