The Biggest Problem with the Janasena Party is that the party still thrives on Pawan Kalyan’s Film Popularity and lacks a party mechanism at grass-root levels.
That has become costly for Janasena in the 2019 elections.

In 2024, the same problem persisted but then, Pawan Kalyan allied with the TDP and so, the Cycle Party with its mechanism took care of such deficiencies.
Now that Pawan Kalyan has the time, resources, and also power to set things right. Sources say that he already working on it silently.

Pawan Kalyan reportedly finalized the committees of the party from the Mandal level to the district level in three Erstwhile districts.
Sources say that he started from Godavari district where Janasena is strong due to the community support and also finished the committees for Krishna district as well.

Now, these Mandal Committees have to start identifying the active leaders and cadres in the villages and form village-level committees.
After these three districts, Pawan Kalyan will do the same for the Guntur and Prakasam districts and then, go to Uttarandhra.
Nadendla Manohar will take care of the Guntur district while Balineni Srinivasa Reddy will look over the Prakasam district committees.
And then, the South Coastal districts and Rayalaseema.
If these committees are effectively in place, they can carry out the party works right from the village level and strengthen Janasena by the time of 2029.
It is impressive that Pawan Kalyan started this work immediately after the elections while Jagan could not even start a membership drive.
