A mini storm has erupted between TDP supporters, particularly fans of Nara Lokesh and Pawan Kalyan, predominantly on social media rather than on the ground, ever since the demand to make Lokesh the Deputy CM emerged.
Janasena’s online fans wasted no time in revolting against this proposal, reverting to their usual movie fans mode, and started trolling and abusing Lokesh and Chandrababu Naidu. Most of these fans belong to the movie fandom of either Pawan Kalyan or Megastar Chiranjeevi but supporting both parties due to alliance of TDP and Janasena.

Both parties have issued official mandates instructing their leaders not to debate the Deputy CM issue in public or media forums.
However, online fans from both sides continue to engage in heated fights and abuses. Amid this chaos, Pawan Kalyan, who uses his Twitter account sparingly, retweeted Lokesh’s tweet from Davos, where Lokesh shared a picture of Araku Coffee at the Andhra Pradesh pavilion.

This retweet subtly hinted to Pawan’s followers that everything is fine and they should maintain decorum.
Interestingly, Pawan Kalyan, who rarely endorses or retweets such posts, also shared Chandrababu Naidu’s tweet about his meeting with Bill Gates at Davos. This was a clear signal to Janasena fans not to overreact to online trolling and abuse.

But will the fans heed his message? That remains uncertain, as movie fans often operate on different emotions compared to core political supporters.
