The Shamshabad Ragiv Gandhi International Airport received bomb threat today. It has to be said that there are times when such prank calls come.
However, today was different. The mail sent was from Pakistan’s sleeper cells or so they claimed. The Airport security got vigilant and is scanning the airport thoroughly as part of the standard protocol.

The mail said that the Airport will be blasted any moment and that they were from a Pakistani sleeper cell. The investigative agencies are trying to find out from where the mail was sent.
Every threat needs to be thoroughly checked as Hyderabad is said to be one of those places having terrorist sleeper cells.

The passengers are being asked to cooperate with authorities. Given the existing tensions between India and Pakistan, the threat gains traction.
The authorities are yet to find if it is a prank call. For now, no suspicious device has been found on the premises.
