Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam, featuring Rao Ramesh in the lead role released amidst good hype after Allu Arjun attended the pre release event of the film. The film is running successfully in theaters and the makers held a thanks meet today.

Speaking at the meet, Rao Ramesh said the hard work of the team paid off. “We went through highs and lows while filming but our director Lakshman kept us all charged up. The appreciation today makes us forget our hard work.”

Rao Ramesh added that the cast of Indraja, Ankith, Ramya, and others all delivered winning performances in the film. He thanked Tabitha Sukumar for taking the film to the wider audience.

Director Lakshman Kaarya said “Rao Ramesh garu stood by me at all times. He was a pillar of support. Tabitha garu just took our film to the next league. She is a blessing for us. Thanks to Allu Arjun garu for gracing our event.”

Tabitha said she had a lot of second guesses as this is her maiden presentation venture. She sounded happy about the reception the film is getting.

“Sukumar went the extra mile for our film. He saw the efforts of our director and producer, when they went to ask him to lend his voiceover for the film. Despite the mad rush of Pushpa 2 shoot, he made time and gave his voice for our film.” Tabitha said.

Tabitha Sukumar added that the audience must come to theaters to watch the film as they are holding back on the OTT release. “I request the audience to come out to watch the film in theaters as we are not letting it on OTT in the foreseeable future.” She concluded.

Mythri Movie Makers appear to have struck gold with this film as they acquired it prior to the release and gave it a wide theatrical debut.

The Lakshman Kaarya directorial is funded by Bujji Rayudu Pentyala and Mohan Karya under PBR Cinemas and Lokamaatre Cinematics.
