Odisha CHSE 12th Result 2023 Declared: Plus Two students who appeared for the exam can check the results at the official websites — orissaresults.nic.in or chseodisha.nic.in. CHSE Odisha 12th Result 2023 Declared at chseodisha.nic.in: The School and Mass Education Minister Sudam Marndi and Secretary Aswathy S, IAS declared the results of Odisha Plus 2 Science and Commerce on May 31. The CHSE Plus Two students who appeared for the exam can check the results at the official websites — orissaresults.nic.in or chseodisha.nic.in.

The reasons for the decline in the pass percentage, as per School and Mass Education secretary Aswathy S is due to the exam pattern. “Since CHSE has conducted the examinations in pre-Covid pattern, there is a decline in the pass percentage. Also, students who appeared plus-II this year had appeared board exam for the first time. They had not written the matriculation exam in 2021 because of Covid,” he informed.

A total of 102 students scored above 90% in the commerce stream while 91 students have been placed in the compartment category this year. As many as 7,410 students have secured first division, 4543 students secured second division and 7492 students scored third division in commerce stream results. In the commerce stream, 83.87 per cent girls have passed while 79.52 per cent boys have cleared the plus two board exams.

In the Science result, Nayagarh recorded the highest pass percentage of 96.41% while Gajapati recorded the lowest passing percentage of 61.55 per cent.

Students can download their certificates, mark sheet and migration certificate from Digilocker from June 10, said CHSE chairman, Ashwini Kumar Mishra.

Last year, the pass percentage of Science stream students was 94.12% while Commerce streams students scored 89.10%

The CHSE Odisha Plus 2 exams concluded on April 5.

Odisha Plus Two students who flunk one or two subjects can apply for supplementary exams 2023. The +2 exams are tentatively scheduled to be held in August.
