SS Rajamouli is once again set to redefine Indian cinema with SSMB 29, starring Mahesh Babu, Prithviraj, and Priyanka Chopra. Set against the mystical backdrop of Kashi, the film blends mythology, reality, and high-octane adventure in what promises to be a grand cinematic experience.
While initial reports suggested a two-part release, Rajamouli has decided to present the entire story in a single extended film, ensuring a more immersive and focused narrative, according to Himesh Mankad from Pinkvilla.

Some filmmakers intentionally stretch stories for commercial purpose in films like Devara and Salaar. But Rajamouli, who started the trend of the two-part format with Baahubali, wants to break away from this pattern.
He aims to deliver a tight yet expansive narrative similar to RRR, with an estimated runtime of around 3 hours and 30 minutes. The film’s scale is massive, and the team has already completed key sequences.
