Newlywed Kannada Director Guruprasad Commits Suicide: Hero Involved?

Kannada film director Guruprasad was found dead in his apartment in Bengaluru’s Madanayakanahalli. He was known for films like Mattha and Eddelu Manjunatha.

The 52-year-old director was reportedly discovered after neighbors noticed a foul odor coming from his flat and alerted the authorities.

When police entered, they found him hanging from a ceiling fan, suggesting he may have passed away almost 10 days ago.

Guruprasad had been struggling with financial difficulties and was under extreme pressure from creditors.

His latest release, Ranganayaka, didn’t perform well at the box office, which may have added to his troubles.

In addition, Guruprasad faced allegations of unpaid bills, indicating further financial stress. He had recently married a few months ago.

Known for his unique storytelling, he had also appeared in a few films and was working on his new project, Adema, at the time of his passing.

Some are accusing actor Jaggesh, the lead in his films, of being responsible for his death. However, there are no confirmations regarding this.
