The Kolkata Tilottama case shook the whole nation heavily as every corner of India is now protesting for their own rights and their safety.
Keeping this in mind on Tuesday the Supreme Court constituted a National Task Force, for the safety of the doctors who work during various shifts throughout the day.

Chief Justice of India D Y Chandrachud said that the court was “deeply concerned about the virtual absence of safe conditions for doctors.”
He also added, “We need to evolve a national consensus for a standard national protocol for safe conditions of work. Ultimately, what is equality under the Constitution if women cannot be safe in their workplace”.

CJI suggested that the modalities are to be followed in diverse areas so that our young doctors are not at risk anymore.
This action will work towards the safety of all genders, and it is designed to prevent the violence against women.

This plan will include emergency rooms for doctors, baggage screening so that no arms can go inside the hospital or chambers, security cameras and most importantly no other person other than the patients , nurse, doctors and patient’s family will be allowed inside the hospital.
The court will keep a keen eye to the internal reports and they will make sure that such pathetic crime never happens again.
