New Complaint on KTR to ED

Even as BRS working president KTR is trying to get himself out of ACB net in E-Racing case, the ED has received a new complaint against him.

The complaint has been lodged by BC political JAC president Rachala Yugandhar Goud. He alleged that there were irregularities with regards to ORR (Outer Ring Road) tenders.

He demanded that ED make a note of the matter and take the right steps to bring to light the role of former minister KTR.

Goud alleges that special favour was shown to IRB company by both KCR and KTR. He pointed out that the said company was given lease for 30 years in April, 2023. In return, Rs 25 crore electoral bonds were given to BRS in July 2023 which were encashed quid pro.

How did the BRS lease out for a period of 30 years at a cost of just Rs 7000 crore, questioned Goud. He said the ED has to question both ex CM KCR and former minister KTR in the matter for wasting such huge amounts of public money.

Goud pointed out that when similar charges were levied on Aam Admi Party (AAP), the ED had taken prompt action.

The ED should look into Kitech Warangal issue too said Goud alleging that the BRS government took Rs 10 Crore and Rs 15 crore via electoral bonds.

Goud said he met up with the CM, CS and principal secretary and discussed the matter. The ED has to issue notices to KCR and KTR and take up an enquiry, demanded Goud.
