Glitches are a menace when it comes to OTT streaming and users are tired of them. The various platforms are almost regularly struggling with different glitches related to subtitles, audio or playing options.
But it rarely happens that Netflix subscribers are having to deal with this. Netflix has a good record in this regard and has taken good care that silly glitches do not disrupt the viewing experience of fans.

But now something has happened and however trivial it might sound it is indeed important to come to the platform’s notice. Fans have complained about an audio glitch on Netflix India when they tried to watch the new show ‘Khakee: The Bengal Chapter’.
In English audio everything is fine but when it is changed to Hindi, only Bengali audio comes out. The show is based on Bengal but originally made in Hindi and fans should be able to watch it in that language.

Netflix has gathered great trust from audiences over the years now. And it should take care of such glitches to maintain the image it has created so carefully. Failing to watch a show in a language of one’ comfort is a big deal for many subscribers and Netflix should not ignore this as silly.
