Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has agreed to take Pawan Kalyan’s Brother Naga Babu into his cabinet. The fact that Naga Babu is Pawan Kalyan’s brother circumvented the caste equations. But then, TDP cadres are fuming at Naidu’s decision.
They are angry with Naidu for ignoring Balakrishna and allowing Naga Babu.

Naga Babu always opposed Janasena’s alliance with the TDP, but he never had the stature to dictate policy matters. In the 2019 elections, he spewed venom on the Telugu Desam Party by making videos on Balakrishna and the TDP.
Those videos were very insulting. Balakrishna and TDP fans could not forget that and could not digest the fact that he gets preference over the Nandamuri scion.

Balakrishna has been working for the TDP ever since NT Ramarao’s days. He campaigned for the party whenever needed and never got anything out of it.
He made his political debut in 2014 from Hindupur and completed a hattrick in the recent elections.

There was Jagan’s wave everywhere in 2019. In Rayalaseema, TDP managed to win only three seats. He won with an improved majority even in such a situation. Even Chandrababu’s majority decreased that time.
Balakrishna was not given a chance in Chandrababu’s cabinet in the name of caste and family. Balakrishna is from the Kamma community and from the same family – Chandrababu and Lokesh are the Ministers. His other SIL is an MP.
Balakrishna never complained about it and continued to work for the party. Balakrishna fans could not digest the fact that there are the same issues for Naga Babu on paper but Chandrababu ignored them.
Naga Babu is Pawan Kalyan’s Brother and there are already two Kapus in Janasena’s three ministers. But that did not become a problem for Naga Babu like Balakrishna.
Fans can not forget how Naga Babu insulted Balakrishna and is now ahead in getting the cabinet berth.
