Simran Singh, a popular radio jockey and Instagram influencer known as “RJ Simran” or “Jammu Ki Dhadkan,” was found dead in her rented apartment in Gurugram. The 25-year-old reportedly died by suicide, just four months before her scheduled wedding.
Her body was discovered by a friend, who immediately informed the authorities. Simran was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she was declared dead by the doctors. No suicide note was found at the scene, raising questions about the circumstances surrounding her death.

Simran’s family revealed to the police that she had appeared visibly upset in recent days. They believe her emotional state may have played a role in the incident but have clarified that she did not hold anyone responsible. Despite this, they have not filed a formal complaint.
As a well-known freelance radio jockey, Simran Singh had a substantial social media presence, with over 7 lakh followers on Instagram. Her last post, shared on December 13, depicted her joyfully posing on a beach, accompanied by the caption, “Just a girl with endless giggles and her gown, taking over the beach.”

Simran was known for her love of travel and adventure. She recently visited Thailand and Dubai, indulging in activities like skydiving and parasailing. She also loved her Golden Retriever named “Scooter”.
The absence of a suicide note has left many unanswered questions about her untimely death. Investigations are ongoing regarding what prompted her to take such a step, as she was on the verge of starting a new chapter of her, now lost life.
