Darshan Thoogudeepa is a popular Kannada actor who was arrested in June 2024 in connection with the murder of his 33-year-old fan, Renukaswamy.

Dharshan was arrested and sentenced to imprisonment in June 2024. He is going to get bail soon, it seems, as he was affected by severe back pain, which requires surgery.
Previously, Dharshan’s bail plea was refused by the Bengaluru High Court; then Dharshan’s lawyer, BV Nagesh, filed a petition for bail plea for the second time in the Karnataka High Court.

In the hearing in Karnataka High Court headed by Justice Vishwajit Shetty, the judge asked to submit the medical reports of Dharshan and adjourned the court to a new date of October 28, 2024.
According to reports, this time Dharshan may get bail, considering the medical issues; the probability percentage is higher, it seems; however, still, it’s not a sure thing and will be confirmed in the hearing on October 28.

Let us see whether the murder accused Dharshan will get released this October 28th, or will again the court be adjourned to a new date, or again for the second time his bail plea will get rejected on October 28th.
