Motorola Edge 40 India price accidentally revealed on Flipkart
The Motorola Edge 40 will be available in India at an effective price of Rs 27,999, which is something that the Flipkart listing suggested. The India price listing for the Motorola phone has now been taken down by the company. The screenshot of the price listing was taken by 91Mobiles before the page was removed. The exact price of the 5G phone is currently unknown as Flipkart has revealed the price that will be available based on a bank offer.
The price of the upcoming Moto phone looks very unrealistic because features like IP rating, 144Hz display, a high-end chip, leather finish, support for wireless charging as well as Dolby Atmos, and more are usually available with phones that are priced more than Rs 40,000.

Motorola Edge 40: Full specifications confirmed ahead of the India launch
The Motorola Edge 40 comes with a massive 6.55-inch pOLED screen, which refreshes at 144Hz. The panel has support for 1200nits of peak brightness and HDR 10+ for a high-end content viewing experience. The new Motorola phone even has support for an in-display fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication. The new Motorola Edge 40 is powered by a MediaTek 8020 chipset, which is backed by up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage and 8GB LPDDR4X RAM.
It features a 4,400mAh battery under the hood. Motorola is asserting that the bundled charger can top up the battery in about 10 minutes, which is a bold claim. The device has support for 68W fast charging tech. The company has also provided support for 15W wireless charging. There are stereo speakers with support for Dolby Atmos for a better sound experience.
In terms of optics, there is a 32-megapixel sensor on the front for selfies. At the back, one will find a dual rear camera setup. This includes a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support. It is accompanied by a 13-megapixel ultrawide sensor and a macro camera.

The upcoming Motorola phone will feature a curved display. On the front, there will be a typical punch-hole display design. It has slim bezels, giving you more screen space.
