The discussion time allocated for the no-confidence motion is 12 hours, ANI reported citing sources. The ruling BJP is set to have around seven hours for their participation, while the Congress party will have around one hour and 15 minutes.
Other parties in the House, such as YSRCP, Shiv Sena, JDU, BJD, BSP, BRS, and LJP, have been granted a total of 2 hours, distributed according to the number of MPs each party has. Additionally, some other parties and independent MPs have a combined time limit of 1 hour and 10 minutes.
The debate concerning the no-confidence motion against the BJP-led government is expected to span the next two days in the Lok Sabha. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is anticipated to provide a response on Thursday.
