Moldova's Sandu decries vote meddling after slim majority backs EU accession
Moldovan President Maia Sandu took 42 percent of the vote, while her main rival won 26 percent, setting the stage for a tight run-off election to be held early next month. In twin elections, Moldovans also voted overwhelmingly in support of EU ascension, despite allegations of Russian meddling
