Melania Trump recently shared a short clip on X while promoting her memoir, revealing the four qualities that initially attracted her to her husband, former President and Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump.
In the video, the former First Lady recalls the moment when she first met the former President in New York City in 1998.
“From the moment Donald and I met, there was an undeniable spark,” she states.
“There was something magnetic about him: his confidence, his charm, his humour, his vision.”

Melania further goes on to describe their star-studded wedding in January 2005.
“Our wedding was a beautiful affair – a breathtaking gown, a perfectly created menu by a celebrated chef and captivating live performances by music legends,” she added.
The video features a montage of photographs from the wedding, which took place at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach, Florida.
Guests at the ceremony included celebrities and public figures such as Don King, Barbara Walters, Apprentice producer Mark Burnett, Tony Bennett, Billy Joel, Paul Anka, Simon Cowell, and Rudy Giuliani, as reported by The Palm Beach Post.
Having played a limited role in her husband’s presidential campaign, Melania Trump has recently reemerged to promote her book on conservative media.
In her memoir, she has shared her views on abortion and women’s rights, in which she backs Kamala Harris’ views on abortion depicting a clear divergence from her husband’s views.
Additionally, she has shared videos on social media addressing the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago, reflecting on her son Barron’s bullying experiences, and hinting at a conspiracy surrounding the first attempt on Donald Trump’s life in Pennsylvania.
