Mark Cuban Donald Trump: Mark Cuban clarifies ‘intelligent women’ comment after Elon Musk’s mother roasts Harris

Mark Cuban faced the wrath of the MAGA women after the Shark Tank billionaire said Donald Trump does not like strong, intelligent women around him. The Kamala Harris supporter said Nikki Haley can call Donald Trump out on his “nonsense with reproductive rights” and hence Trump did not reach out to Nikki. Several MAGA women strongly reacted to it suggesting that Mark Cuban called women voters of Trump weak and unintelligent.
“Certainly not us and not my friends. Because they can put sentences together and you know who can’t. The absurdity of the absurd and the absurdity is absurd…” Elon Musk’s mother Maye Musk said on Fox News without naming Kamala Harris mocking the vice president’s laugh while the host on the panel added: “The queen of the queen of word salad herself.”
Martin Luther King Jr’s niece Alveda King said Mark Cuban’s words are “mean, sad and misogynistic”.

Mark Cuban took to X and said his comment was in the context of why Nikki Haley was not active in Donald Trump’s campaign. “Donald Trump, you never see him around strong, intelligent women. Ever. It’s just that simple. They’re intimidating to him. He doesn’t like to be challenged by them and, you know, Nikki Haley will call him on his nonsense with reproductive rights and how he sees and treats and talks about women. I mean, he just can’t have her around. It wouldn’t work,” he said.

Cuban then clarified that he knows many strong, intelligent women voting for Trump “including in my extended family”. “I’m certainly not saying female voters are not smart, strong and intelligent. I know he has worked with strong intelligent women, like Elaine Chao, Kelly Anne, Ivanka and many others. I stand by my opinion that he does not like being challenged publicly,” he wrote.
Cuban also apologized and said he did not get his thought out the way he thought he did. “So I apologize to anyone who felt slighted or upset by my response. As I said, it wasn’t about trump voters, supporters or employees. Current or former. And, I set myself up for the 6 sec soundbite. No excuses. Can’t nail every interview. My skin is thick enough,” he wrote.
