On Sunday morning, there were reports that Manchu Manoj and Mohan Babu had filed cases against each other. Various Media Reports said that Manoj had filed cases against his father for beating him and his wife, and Mohan Babu had filed a case against Manoj for beating him.
However, Mohan Babu informed PRO Media that all of them were untrue and there was no such thing.

On the other hand, it is noteworthy that the police said that Manchu Mohan Babu and Manchu Manoj had filed complaints against each other through Dial 100. The police said that they had instructed both of them to come to the station and file a complaint. It is yet to be known whether they formally filed cases after that.
Manoj and his wife Mounika were admitted to a hospital soon after. Manoj had difficulty walking and went to the hospital.

However, neither Manoj nor Mounika spoke to the media.
If the cases were registered, there can be two plans behind this hospital visit.

Legal experts say that hospitalization was part of the plan. If he is admitted to the hospital, Manoj’s case will be legally strong.
If the issue is really about the fights over school and property issues as speculated in the media, it’s like telling the world that this matter happened.
Also, Mohan Babu is a man of old generation. People of that generation will give their lives for honor (పరువు). He may think that the matter should be brought to a conclusion before it gets any worse.
If he doesn’t think like that, Manoj’s case will be legally strong and help him in the courts if he decided to pursue it.
