Oil marketing companies have once again made a big cut in the prices of commercial gas cylinders. According to the website of IOCL, the 19 kg LPG cylinder price has been revised and reduced. The new prices of LPG cylinder have been implemented from 1st June 2024. However, oil marketing companies have cut the prices of 19 kg LPG cylinders this time too. Before the start of voting for the last phase of Lok Sabha elections, at six in the morning, companies have given a big gift to LPG consumers. After the latest changes made by the oil marketing companies, the 19 kg commercial gas cylinder has become cheaper by Rs 69.50 in Delhi, Rs 72 in Kolkata, Rs 69.50 in Mumbai and Rs 70.50 in Chennai from June 1.

Prices reduced for the third consecutive month

This is the third consecutive month when the prices of commercial gas cylinders have been reduced. Earlier, the beginning of April and May brought good news and the oil marketing companies had reduced the prices of LPG cylinders by up to Rs 20 for the second consecutive month (LPG Cylinder Price Cut).

The new prices of cylinders have been updated on the website of IOCL, which are applicable from 1 June 2024. If you look at this, the commercial gas cylinder (Delhi LPG Price) in Delhi will now be available for Rs 1676, down from Rs 1745.50. Apart from this, a 19 kg LPG cylinder will be available in Kolkata for Rs 1787 instead of Rs 1859. Commercial LPG Cylinder was being sold for Rs 1698.50 in Mumbai, which has now been reduced to Rs 1629. At the same time, the price of the cylinder sold for Rs 1911 in Chennai has come down to Rs 1840.50.

No change in the price of domestic cylinder again

It is worth noting that commercial gas cylinders are used for commercial use in hotels or restaurants. In such a situation, eating and drinking outside can become cheaper due to the reduction in its price. On the other hand, there has been no change in the prices of 14.2 kg LPG cylinders used in household kitchens this time as well.

According to the IOCL website, their prices remain unchanged. Its price in the capital Delhi remains Rs 803 and for Ujjwala beneficiaries it remains Rs 603. Domestic cylinders are available in Kolkata for Rs 829, in Mumbai for Rs 802.50 and in Chennai for Rs 818.50 as before. Let us tell you that the central government, giving a big relief on Women’s Day, gave the gift of a reduction of up to Rs 100 in the price of 14 kg domestic gas cylinder (Domestic LPG Cylinder).
