Look Inside You, Do Self-Introspection, PM Modi’s ‘Mantra’ On Pressure Handling

Parikhsa Pe Charcha 2023: PM Narendra Modi will interact with exam warriors in the annual Pariksha Pe Charcha 2023 event on today, January 27, 2023. The event will be held at the Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi from 11:00 AM.

The Pariksha Pe Charcha 2023 (PPC 2023) will be broadcast live on Doordarshan as well as social media handles like Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, etc., by the Ministry of Education, the Prime Minister’s Office and others.

Every year, Prime Minister Modi conducts the Pariksha Pe Charcha session to interact with students appearing for their board exams. The interacting session aims at relieving exam stress among such students. The Pariksha Pe Charcha session features participating students from Class 9 to 12.

As per Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, this year, around 38.80 lakh students have registered for the Pariksha Pe Charcha 2023, which is more than twice the number of registrations received last year (15.73 lahk).

Among the massive pool of registered candidates for the pre-examination session with PM Modi, around 16 lakh students are from State Boards. Moreover, registrations for the PPC 2023 have been received from 155 countries.

The Union Minister has also said that around 20 lakh questions have been received so far, and the NCERT has shortlisted several questions to be discussed at the event, ranging from stress management, family pressure, prevention of unfair means, career selection, how to stay fit and healthy, and others.

Moreover, around 80 winners of the Kala Utsav Competition and 102 students from across the country will also be attending the event. The previous iterations of Pariksha Pe Charcha were physically attended only by teachers and students from Delhi-NCR.

These 2000-odd students and teachers from around the country also attended the Republic Day parade on January 26. They will also attend the Beating Retreat Ceremony on January 29, 2023.

“These guest students and teachers will be taken to places of national importance like the Rajghat, Sadaiv Atal, Prime Minister’s Museum, Kartavya Path etc to make them acquainted with our rich legacy,” the Education Minister added.
