Realtors buy 2,181 acre land since Jan 2022 for about Rs 26k crore: Report

Real estate developers have acquired nearly 2,200-acre land parcels since January last year for around Rs 26,000 crore, mainly to develop residential projects, according to JLL India. AWS to invest USD 12.7 billion into cloud infrastructure in India by 2030

Amazon Web Services (AWS) on Thursday announced plans to invest Rs 1,05,600 crore (USD 12.7 billion) into cloud infrastructure in India by 2030 as it looks to meet growing customer demand for cloud services in the country. The planned investment in data centre infrastructure in India will support an estimated average of 1,31,700 full-time equivalent (FTE) jobs in Indian businesses each year, Amazon’s cloud computing unit AWS said in a statement.

Centre to recruit 20 private sector specialists as joint secretaries, directors, deputy secretaries

The Centre has decided to recruit 20 private sector specialists as joint secretaries, directors, and deputy secretaries on contract basis in its 12 departments, an official statement issued on Thursday said. This is the third such recruitment drive proposed to be undertaken by the Narendra Modi government.
