After two hits at the beginning of his career, Kiran Abbavaram was seen as the next big thing in Tollywood. Especially, the blockbuster success of SR Kalyana Mandapam propelled him into the league of saleable heroes.

However, his subsequent releases were disappointing.

The crime thriller Sebastian PC 524 was a washout, and the romantic entertainer Sammathame turned out to be below average.

Nenu Meeku Baaga Kavalsinavaadini was a disaster, while Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha performed decently. His attempt at a mass hero role in Meter also failed, and his last film, Rules Ranjann, was another washout.

Kiran has pinned all his hopes on KA, promoting it aggressively over the past few days.

Recently, Kiran Abbavaram stated that if audiences do not appreciate the film, he will stop acting altogether—a bold statement that reflects his strong faith in the project.

The trailer for KA has been well received, and with Kiran’s confident statements, expectations are decent.

The success of KA is extremely crucial for Kiran Abbavaram. If this film is a hit, he will find a way to get back on the success route.

However, if it fails, it could spell curtains for him. Recovering from such a setback would be very challenging, and it would be difficult to win back the trust of the audience and establish himself as a credible hero.

Will Kiran Abbavaram’s belief in KA be justified? Or will KA end up as yet another failure at the box office? We will know in a few hours.
