Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar will take oath as the Governor of Kerala on Thursday.
Kerala High Court Chief Justice Nitin Madhukar Jamdar will administer the oath at Raj Bhavan at 10.30 a.m.
Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and Ministers received the Governor-designate who arrived at the Thiruvananthapuram International Airport technical area on Wednesday evening. Mr. Arlekar was accompanied by his wife Anagha Arlekar.
Davendra Kumar Dhodawat, Additional Chief Secretary to the Governor, received the Governor on his arrival at Raj Bhavan.
