This is regarding the apparent ‘Golden Triangle’ events that is going to be the crux of the film.

There’s an ongoing talk on social media that NTR and Neel’s film is going to be based on the 1969 Golden Triangle, an area in between China, Bhutan and Sikkim which had opium resources in abundance. It was the alleged drug capital back in 1970s.

Neel is anyway big on period actioners all through his career. His KGF and Salaar have both been period films and he appears to be devising the same strategy for NTR’s film as well.

Neel is sticking to the familiar backdrop of period actioners which is pretty much his comfort zone now. However, there’s a chance that audience might grow bored of this period approach, dark backgrounds, and oppressive hero tracks.

Neel will have to break some new grounds with this film else there’s a risk of being monotonous. Though there are tonal changes between KGF(Gold), Salaar(Weapons), and NTR’s film(drug trade), more world-building changes are expected.

But for the time being, Tarak’s fans are pleased that their hero is working with Neel who has mastered hero elevations and can cook up winning commercial potboilers.
