Fox Sports host Joy Taylor took a thinly-veiled dig at president-elect Donald Trump ahead of Monday’s inauguration.
Trump enjoyed a stunning election victory over Kamala Harris in November and the 78-year-old will begin a second term in the White House after he is sworn in next week.
Taylor, who was recently named in a bombshell lawsuit, hit out at Trump during a discussion on the NFL postseason.
During her nightly appearance on Fox Sports show ‘Speak’, she was discussing the Super Bowl with co-hosts Keyshawn Johnson and Paul Pierce.
‘You can talk nonsense if you want to, it’s free country… for a couple more days,’ Taylor said.
The comment sparked a curious reaction from ex-NFL star Johnson, who awkwardly turned his head away from Taylor.

She was speaking in the wake of threats made by Trump against the media. Ahead of the election, the president-elect talked about jailing journalists and revoking the broadcast licenses of networks.
Taylor has been in the spotlight in recent weeks, after the 37-year-old was accused of using sexual relationships with Emmanuel Acho and network executive Charlie Dixon to further her career.
She is also alleged to have used ‘her sexuality to get on a show’ in 2020, when she sought a spot on ‘Speak’.
Taylor, Dixon, former FS1 host Skip Bayless and the Fox Corporation are all named in the suit, which was filed on behalf of hair stylist and former Fox employee Noushin Faraji.
Much of it focuses on allegations of sexual harassment, sexual battery, negligent supervision, retaliation and other hostile workplace issues between 2012 and August of 2024.
Taylor is alleged to have dismissed Faraji’s complaints about sexual harassment against Bayless and Dixon, telling the hair stylist to ‘get over it.’
DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for Faraji, Acho, Bayless and Taylor for comment. Taylor did not respond to a request for comment from DailyMail.com and has not directly addressed the allegations against her.
