YSR Congress bagged a humiliating defeat in the recent elections. The party took vendetta politics to the next level in the last five years and now the party leaders are worried about a possible retaliation from the TDP.

While Chandrababu Naidu is known to excuse and forget these things, Lokesh is different. He has been warning about the repercussions from the last two years and opened a ‘Red Book’ with names of YSR Congress leaders and erred officials.

Meanwhile, in the last week or so, a few former YSR Congress leaders have joined Janasena Party and a few more are likely to join as well in the days to come.

Balineni Srinivas Reddy from Ongole, Kilaru Rosaiah from Ponnur, and Samineni Uday Bhanu from Jagayyapeta already announced joining Janasena.

Reports are that Former Minister Botsa Satyanarayana’s brother Lakshmana Rao is also joining Janasena.

There is a pattern in all these joinings. All these leaders have severe ideological differences with TDP and have serious problems with the local TDP leaders.

There are doubts even in Janasena supporters if they are joining to take refuge from any action from the Government.

What if these people take refuge until the elections and go away to the YSR Congress just before the elections?

They will even destroy the party even before going out.

So, Pawan Kalyan should be very careful. But then, for now, he seems to be thinking these joinings will strengthen the party as it is without proper leadership in many places.

Even Chandrababu Naidu should be careful when admitting the leaders from the YSR Congress. But then, there are reports that Chandrababu is even blocking some leaders after doing due diligence.
