Veteran actor Jitendra Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor, and Tusshar Kapoor’s father, has sold a land parcel in Mumbai’s Andheri for a whopping Rs 855 crores. As per the property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, the deal was registered in May 2025. Two family-owned firms, Pantheon Buildcon Private Limited and Tusshar Infra Developers Private Limited, managed to strike this deal with NTT Global Data Centers & Cloud Infrastructure India Private Limited.
The sold land parcel comprised a total area of 9,664.68 sq. m. The site currently houses Balaji IT Park includes three constructed buildings spanning across 45,572.14 sq. m. The deal incurred a stamp duty of Rs. 8.69 crore and registration charges amounting to Rs. 30,000. The documentation for the same was done on 29th May 2025. The buyers of the land parcel, NTT Global Data Centers & Cloud Infrastructure India Private Limited, deal with providing technology services.
Veteran actor Jeetendra Kapoor and his family own both the Pantheon Buildcon Private Limited and Tusshar Infra Developers Private Limited, the firms through which this deal took place. On the film front, actor Jitendra Kapoor has been a celebrated name. His daughter Ekta Kapoor is a renowned TV and film producer, while his son Tusshar is also an actor.
Ekta Kapoor is the Joint Managing Director, along with her mother Shobhaa Kapoor, and also the Creative Head at Balaji Telefilms. Ekta is all set to reprise some of her iconic shows on Indian Television, namely Bade Acche Lagte Hai and Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.
