The flagship initiative of the Telugu Desam Party-led government in the past, Janmabhoomi, is set to be restarted in Andhra Pradesh.

The TDP politburo meeting, under the leadership of Nara Chandrababu Naidu, was held earlier today in Amaravati.
In the meeting, it was decided to launch ‘Janmabhoomi 2’ very soon. More details about the initiative are expected to be announced in the coming days.

It was also decided to start the skill census soon. The skill census is a first-of-its-kind initiative taken up by Chandrababu Naidu, where people’s skills are assessed, and the government works to address skill gaps and create employment opportunities based on skills.
The politburo committee also decided to launch the party’s new membership program very soon. It was decided to do SC classification as a district unit. In the meeting, the leaders extensively discussed the steps needed to eradicate poverty in the state.

The politburo members decided to elect the first phase of nominated posts very soon. It was agreed that nominated posts would be given to hard-working party leaders, not those who rely on recommendations. It was also mentioned that JSP and BJP leaders would receive nominated posts as part of the alliance.
