While Mohana Krishna Indraganti is known for his sensible direction, it’s uncertain how he will handle such a large-scale project.

Very few directors, like SS Rajamouli, truly understand how to use VFX and CGI effectively on such a grand scale.
On the other hand, Vijay Deverakonda also received a lot of backlash and trolling for his cameo role as Karna in Prabhas’ Kalki 2898 AD. Many felt he looked out of place in such historical films.
Unless it is really well executed, it is a risky project for Vijay Deverakonda. He is at a very vulnerable stage of his career, with back-to-back disasters like Liger and The Family Star.
So, he must be extremely careful about the kind of directors, projects, and roles he chooses.
