In a shocking turn of events, he was taken from his home and sent to Nampally Court, where he was remanded for 14 days in Central Jail, Hyderabad.
However, there was relief from the Telangana High Court, which deemed the incident unfortunate and granted Allu Arjun interim bail.

Granting interim bail, the High Court questioned the need for the actor’s detention, asking, “Can his personal liberty be taken away just because he is an actor?” The bench further stated, “Every person has the right to life and liberty, not limited by their profession.”
The court expressed concern over how Allu Arjun was being treated, saying, “This is bothering me. Can he be held like this just because he is an actor? The case lacks any basis for such actions.”
