Apart from all these, India has yet to achieve a lot in another field, gaming. No one can ignore the fact that our country has several fans in this world when it comes to this world. Although OTT platforms have taken over our lives, nothing much has changed when it comes to video games.

Notably, video games have additionally witnessed a lot of sales whenever a new title is released. But one thing that remains a dream is the arrival of an AAA game, also called a triple-A game.

For the unversed, AAA games refer to those projects that are made by large publishers and grab a position in the list of blockbuster games as they become popular at one point. While a few AAA games were made during the 90s, the development came to a halt at one point since the cost needed to create such games was considered to be a danger to the entire industry.

Coming to India, we all have a habit of living with a controlled budget. Even if we spend more, we plan everything in such a way that a few notes are still left in the pocket in the end. The same thing applies to the development of AAA games in India.

Certain restrictions are preventing the release of AAA games in India. The major one is the development cost which is impossible in today’s scenario. But considering that a few films have grossed Rs.1,000 crores or more, things seem easier now and there have been certain changes in the world of technology too.

Even though India decides to create an AAA game, plans are expected to get canceled at one point since it takes several years for a game to be created perfectly. In between those plans, it is possible that there could be a conflict of ideas if multiple developers are involved.

There is an additional problem of investors hesitating to put in a lot of money. In case we need to make an AAA game successful in India, everyone’s unity is very important.
