    In Modi 3.0, Amit Shah, Jaishankar, Sitharaman, Rajnath Singh Retain Their Ministries | Check Full List


    Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday allocated portfolios to ministers a day after taking oath at the Rashtrapati Bhavan. BJP appeared to have allocated the key ministries to its own members as Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, S Jaishankar, Nirmala Sitharaman, Ashwini Vaishnaw and Nitin Gadkari retained their portfolios.

    The Modi 3.0 cabinet appeared to send a message of continuity by retaining the big names. Former chief minister of Karnataka and member of ally JD(S) HD Kumaraswamy was allotted a ministry. He will have Shivraj Singh Chouhan, a chief minister himself, as a colleague in the cabinet as the Madhya Pradesh veteran has been given the charge of agriculture and rural development ministries.

    Party chief JP Nadda made a comeback and has been assigned to the health ministry.
