The withdrawal of the e-auction notice occurred within a remarkably short span of under 24 hours, prompting questions from the Congress.The bank notice, issued in accordance with the SARFAESI Act of 2002, identified Ajay Singh Dharmendra Deol, also known as Sunny Deol, as both the borrower and guarantor. Furthermore, the notice named Vijay Singh Dharmendra Deol, known as Bobby Deol, and Dharmendra Singh Deol as guarantors.The upcoming auction of the property, known as Sunny Villa, situated in Juhu, is set to commence with a minimum bid of ₹51.43 crore.
