When it comes to North America collections, even Tier 2 Telugu heroes films, which are just normal fun movies, are easily making a million dollars.

Kanguva has only collected $715,227 until Tuesday, which is a shameful sum.
While the Tamil and Telugu versions were valued at $2.5 million, the break-even point for the Hindi version is $800K.

But if we look at the language-wise breakdown for the pan-India film Kanguva, there is a surprise from the Hindi version.

While the Telugu version came close to matching the Tamil version’s collection, the Hindi contribution is a total surprise. Hindi alone contributed over $200K.
Usually, when a Tamil or Telugu film faces a disaster like Kanguva, we don’t expect the Hindi version to perform on par with the original.
But this shows a surprising level of Hindi audience interest in the film.
