Himesh Reshammiya’s film Badass Ravikumar is finally getting a release on the big screen. Notably, the project was announced around two years ago but Himesh maintained complete silence after that.
Meanwhile, the announcement video is out which revealed that the trailer is arriving on January 5, 2025, followed by its arrival in theatres on February 7.

However, the most amazing thing about this film is that it is a sequel to The Xposé, which was released back in 2014. The period thriller was in the headlines for different reasons at the time, including the dialogues that became popular despite featuring cringy elements.
It is undoubtedly shocking that a film started to trend everywhere at a time when social media was not being used by a lot of people and audiences were mostly attracted to television.

The upcoming sequel is going to feature Prabhu Dheva as the villain. Prabhu Dheva hardly had any success in the last few years and as a director, he has failed to deliver as per expectations.
Prabhu Dheva might be planning for a bounce back and even if this film fails at the box office, the actor might be remembered for being a part of the project.

On the other hand, netizens have also shared their reactions to the announcement, with some of them saying that they would prefer to watch this film instead of Pushpa 2: The Rule, adding that the producers of the latter are shivering because of the upcoming film considering that it might break the records.
Considering that the release is only a month away, it is confirmed that the music will be on a different level considering that Himesh never disappoints.
Because this is a sequel to The Xposé, the film will once again feature cringy dialogues, leading to a lot of laughs inside the theatres.
