Taapsee Pannu was recently seen in Khel Khel Mein. Although the film performed mildly in a race against Stree 2 and Vedaa, Tapsee’s performance was liked by the fans. She remains one of the versatile actresses known for good script choices and strongly portrayed characters. She has also opened a production house called Outsider Films, owing to her own status as an outsider in the industry this feels like an apt name.

In a recent interview she shared one of the important lessons she has Learned from the so called Nepo Kids. Taapsee admires these “insiders” for their ability to stick together and support each other. She also feels this is one quality that is lacking in the people who make it on their own in the industry. It can work wonders if outsiders too helped each other and had a really strong sense of community just like the Nepo Kids. She added that all the struggle and hustle of an outsider only gets praised if the film does well. Meanwhile the star kid’s get immense support and appreciation even if their film is bad. The competition is too harsh for the outsiders and thus they lack a sense of support and only see the other person as a rival.
Tapsee would next be seen in a Hindi drama film Woh Ladki Hai Kaha this November. Even her OTT project Phir Aayi Haseen Dilruba has been in the news.
