Ajith Kumar’s upcoming film Good Bad Ugly is all set to hit the screens on April 10.
Directed by Adhik Ravichandran and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, this action-packed entertainer has completed its censor formalities and received a U/A certificate. However, the censor board made some big edits before approving the film.

Around 2 minutes and 5 seconds of footage were trimmed. This includes the removal of close-up shots of smoking, while disclaimers were added for longer smoking scenes. Some violent visuals had the blood blurred out.
Additionally, a sequence involving old Tamil songs required the makers to submit No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from the original composers and producers.

We have to see if these cuts can make any dent on the film’s box office prospects.
The final runtime of the film is 2 hours and 19 minutes—tighter than usual for a big-star action film. The makers believe this leaner edit will improve the film’s pacing and keep audiences engaged throughout.

As expected, Ajith won’t be participating in any promotional events. The promotional campaign in Tamil Nadu has been fairly low-key, sticking to the actor’s usual no-marketing approach.
There were initial doubts about the Telugu release strategy, but Mythri Movie Makers have now confirmed a strong release across Telugu states with decent screen count.
With pre-release business looking promising and confidence in the film’s content, the team behind Good Bad Ugly is hoping to deliver a solid box office success.
